Putting in a "Leave a Comment" link

  When someone clicks ‘Like’ in my post, there is a prompt “Follow this blog?” I would like to change this prompt to “Leave a Comment?” How do I do this? If this cannot be done, is there any way I can insert a comment link on my home page without making my reader click on the post.
