Putting in World Community Grid Widget- Help?

This is the code for the widget but alas I am VERY new to this. How can I add this to my page?

If you are hosted here at wordpress.COM (a link to your blog would be nice, even better – link your blog in your user name as explained in the sticky at the top of the forum) then you can’t. It contains frames, which are not allowed here.

I looked at the WCG widget at one point and was disappointed to find that there wasn’t a plain html version of their widget (I too wanted to use it on one of my blogs).
I can see if I can get in touch with any of the development team (or at least the BOINC folks from the team) and ask if that is in the cards at all.

Just talked to someone from WCG and a simple image version has been promised, and possibly in the works. No ETA though.

Personally, I don’t see it happening any time soon. I know there’s a lot of work behind the scenes to get BOINC 6.2 ready for WCG’s stamp of approval (even though it’s been a general release from Berkeley for a month or so now).

Right, although which version you mean, there is 6.2.12 which was quite sometime ago, there is 6.2.18 which was also more than a month back. The recommended version on BOINC’s page is 6.2.15 (for GNU/Linux) 6.2.18 (for Mac) as well as 6.2.18 (for Windows brethen)http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php [/off-topic]

WCG is still telling people to use 5.10.45 until they deem 6.2 “stable” enough (what stable enough means to them isn’t really clear to me).
I’ve been testing 6.3.14 (Linux) since Rom released it to the alpha testers. I’ve also managed to get the current SVN revision to compile (after David checked in a fix for something wxWidgets related).

Last Christmas I posted a copy of my PrimeGrid certificate of computation on one of my blogs (not the one linked to my user name) and I thought that was really cool.
