putting info under wrong heading in sidebar

    I wanted to add Blogs I follow to sidebar, but forgot to put in widgets and actually created a custom menu (but the heading doesn’t show) how can I transfer the menu into the widget without retyping all the info (because I want to choose which ones I display -don’t know if the widget allows that . Anyone have advice?
