Putting links in order

  How can i put my blog links into the order I want them on my page. i gone to edit links and I have set them up with a rating and then set order by rating and clicked apply and everything else I can see but they won’t change on my page .

  I once tried to do what you’re doing, and it just didn’t work. Not sure if it’s a bug, or if there’s a way, but it isn’t clear-cut and tangible.
