  how can i put log in menu when i open my site?

  On WordPress.com, you would make the blog private. Here is a help page describing how it works:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  If you want something more customizable than what is described there, then you would need to switch to a WordPress.org setup.
