How do I put my business name at the bottom where it says Blog by WordPress | theme Im the designer so I would like to pop it down there is it possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As explained in terms of service (Point 11), you should not remove this attribution link.
• Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.
This is also explained here:
Please do not hide or alter text or links for the footer credits or the toolbar. Modifying the style of the footer text (i.e. colors and font size) is fine as long as it’s still readable.

No problem about that.
You need to use Custom CSS feature.
You can edit/add CSS code to your page going to My Sites, the customize menu option and CSS tab
You can check how to edit CSS with this talkative support page with pics.
