Putting my location with google maps on a page.

  I am trying to put up my location using the location button, but it won’t show on my page. How do I make the location show up? Thanks.

  Hi Aaron,

  It sounds like you’re using the location button on your Page editor. This location button adds information to the page for Search Engines when they’re indexing your site. It helps them provide location-based results in the future. So it’s still good that you’ve enabled it, but that button alone won’t display a map on the page.

  To show a Google Map, you’ll actually need to do one of two things:

  1. Follow this guide to insert a Google Map into the body of a Post or Page
  2. Use the Contact Info widget to insert a Google Map into your Sidebar
