Putting my own domain name with WordPress

  Can I please know if its possible to have WordPress blog in my domain name ?
  E.G. my blog is “furnituresblog.wordpress.com”
  Now I dont want the above link, and want my domain name “www.commercialfurnitues.com”
  So when somebody visits my site, wordpress blog opens up !
  How do I do it ??
