putting post under a main category on your page

  I have the options at the top that are the main themes that people can click on and find what they are looking for. How do I put a blog under that theme category page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You set the categories at the post level.

  On the appropriate blog post, you will want to follow these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-categories-tags-module
