putting posts into seperate menus

    I have tried the category option but I still can’t put posts into separate menus. I have a few posts ill write for parenting and a few for just blogs etc. how can I separate the posts into the menus??

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi –

    The individual categories can be linked in to your site menu. This way, when someone clicks parentings from the menu, all the posts with that category are going to load.
