putting profile information on to the blog page

  Having put my contact details on the Dashboard, how do I transfer them on to my blog please? I have entered my details, but they don’t appear to appear on the blog. Thanks.
  (Simple answers requested, suitable for a 60 something first-time blogger. Thanks)

  Hi there,

  I’m happy to help, but I need a little more information. Could you tell me exactly where on your dashboard you entered your contact details? I’m guessing it’s on a page that isn’t meant for public viewing, but I’d like to verify that I’m not missing anything.

  As for how to add contact/bio information to your site, the easiest way to achieve that goal is to create an about page.

  To add a page to your site, follow these directions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/

  If you’d also like people to be able to contact you without having to share your e-mail address, you can do that by adding a contact form to the bottom of your about page. Here’s how that works: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
