Putting website links into blog

Hi all, I’m a newbie on WordPress and need some help please. Can someone please tell me how I can make a link with the name of my website url and have it show up as such in my free blog? Also is this allowed? Thank you,

Just put it in your Blogroll, otherwise known as the Links widget. Go to your Dashboard->Links->Add Link and put it in there. Be sure you’ve got the Links widget in your sidebar.

Might be good to keep in mind that in general affiliate links aren’t allowed on WordPress.com blogs. There are some exceptions, but it’s best to ask staff. I mention it because of the weight loss link in your blogroll.
