puzzle theme

  I am uploading images from my iphone using the wordpress app and they dont show as images on the front page in the puzzle theme, just as a coloured box and text. if you click on them the image is there. I have also noticed this happens if you load an image for a post from the library. The only way I can get image to display on the front page in the puzzle pattern is if I drag them into the post directly. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi @annabeldundas,

  You aren’t doing anything wrong. I was also able to replicate this behavior–it’s a bug.

  I’ll report it to our developers and keep you updated.

  I checked, and while this bug has been reported and is in the queue, I don’t have a timetable on it’s resolution. If the problem persists in a week or two let me know and I’ll check for you again.

  Hi there,
  any news on this bug.
  I have a second question. I have set up two administrators for this blog, but can only seem to get it to link to my facebook account, not the second admin user. Can you help please.

  any news on this bug.

  It’s been reported to the theme developer but we haven’t heard back from them yet.

  Since Puzzle is a premium theme, there is also a forum just for your theme where you can communicate directly with the theme developer:

  The bug has been reported, but sometimes hearing directly from users is “inspiring” in terms of getting stuff like this fixed.

  If the other Facebook account belongs to the other administrator she/he will have to add the connection. They can set it up so you can both post to it, but they have to be the one to set it up to start with.

  Howdy @annabeldundas!

  Thanks for bringing this issue with Puzzle to our attention!

  What we’ve discovered is that the desktop app and mobile app behave differently when images are inserted into the post.

  The mobile app doesn’t “attach” images to the post, whereas the desktop app does. Puzzle looks for Featured or attached images when it picks them for the home page.

  As a workaround, if you assign each of your images as a Featured Image using the mobile app, it will show up on your Puzzle-powered site. You can read more about how to get to the Featured Image area of the mobile app here:
