Pw was changed or blog settings

  I went to log-in to my axewielderx account on wordpress and kept getting taken to a page that says my blog is a protected blog and it would not let me view it. I had to change my pw in order to finally access my blog. What gives?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Guess I need to go post this somewhere that wordpress no longer provides support to their customers.

  It was a system-wide issue. Looks like a minor change accidentally did something major instead.

  So it was not just my blog? O.k. so why can we no longer send support email like we could in the past?
