  Hello,

  For sites hosted here on WordPress.com, the only plugins you can use are those found in the Plugins section of your Dashboard:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
  And I don’t think the plugin you’re thinking about is included.

  If you want to use that plugin or many other plugins you will need the self-hosted version of WordPress (available at WordPress.com). Read more about that here:
