Q again…technorati duplicate postings?

i know that! i mean click ‘VIEW ALL’, top right of that and on the next page you see each post snippet repeated again, now three times each; 3 posts, showing total 9 times! this is NOT the way others are, and in fact i have a second blog there, and it is not that way. thanks for help, technorati has NOT responded to my email about this …http://www.technorati.com/blogs/factotem99.wordpress.co

Well let’s just take one of them: kitty. The first two, listed as “14 days ago” I suspect was because you had posted it and then edited it after Technorati had crawled your site. The Technorati URL for those two are different which means it was pinged about them twice (pinged once after the original posting and then again after the edit I expect). The reason for the third “kitty” listed as 6 days ago should be obvious: You changed the post date: 1/17/08 vs the original date of 1/10/08 which changes the URL of the post which makes Technorati think it is a new post.
This goes for eugene and siggy as well.
For “the czar of water sports” you changed the name after Technorati had found it to “czar” of water sports” (took out the “the”) and after you changed the name Technorati crawled it and found the new URL). Since the name of the post is part of the URL, Technorati saw two distinct URL’s and figures there are two distinct posts.
