  It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  Can you recommend a compatible ipad QR code reader app for the woostudio tickets plugin? Our event is quickly approaching.

  I’m sorry, you may not have understood my previous reply. WordPress.com is a hosting company and not general WordPress help. The Woo Ticket Studio plugin isn’t one that is managed here on WordPress.com, so there won’t be any recommendations that we can give. That is an add-on for WooCommerce, but not made by the WooCommerce team or Automattic. I would recommend asking this of Woo Ticket Studio instead for the best suggestion.
