  I was told to upload this but I don’t know how? Looking to generate qr codes for different post/pages

  Hi…

  It seems you are trying to upload a plugin, but in fact you cannot do that in a wordpress.com blog. Instead of that, most popular plugin functionalities are already included.

  If you really need to use plugins, you should use a wordpress.org installation: you can see a comparative here.
