  Hi all,

  First off, totally annoying that no real customer support/chat is easily available for new customers before signing up and buying the services that all the question are about.

  Sure I trust in forum and good helpful guidance from experienced users, but when the questions are all about the nitty gritty business stuff, before signing up for the whole package, between a new customer (me) and the provider (WP), it is just not good enough as no users are liable or accountable for anything really.

  If anyone knows how to get into a real chat-support with actual staff from WP, please advice or link directly.

  The bottom right corner white ‘?’ just loops right back to user forum. Bummer.

  Help me Obi-Wordpress-Kenobi, you´re my only hope ;o)
