Qtranslation – i do not have the menü button – plug in

  Hello!

  i cannot install the qtranslation plug in – i have no button on my side.

  it is very important to build up my blog in two languages (englisch & german).

  Qtranslate – and other plugins – can only be installed if you are running WordPress software on your own server (aka self-hosted sites.)
