Quadrat Theme: Repeating Content in Homepage and 'Previous and Next Post' Error

To make this simple:
1. I was unable to remove the repeating content in my homepage after several attempts (aka copy paste the homepage content to make sure that I did not add any additional stuff that might cause this problem).
2. For my posts, after I added the “Previous Post” and “Next Post” features, the random words “Previous” and “Next” appear between the last paragraph of my posts and the actual “Previous Post” and “Next Post” features.

This is happening because your page content is inside a Post Content block, inside a Query Loop block in the page.
The Query loop block is intended for when you want to display blog posts on a page, which isn’t what you’re doing here. And the Post Content block is meant to be used in templates in the Site Editor: that’s a placeholder block that tells a template to display the post or page’s content in a particular spot, and it’s not really intended for use inside individual posts and pages.
To fix this, go to Pages ->All Pages and edit your homepage. Expand the list view of the editor, and expand all the blocks there so you can see everything added to this page.
Personally I’d remove the Calendar and Archive blocks – those should rather be added to a template than directly inside the page – but if you prefer you can keep them. Remove the columns block, though – you have nothing in that block, so there’s no reason to have it on the page.
More importantly, drag each of those paragraph blocks out of the Query Loop block, so they’re all top-level blocks. Then delete the Query Loop and Post Content blocks.
That should take care of the content repeating, but there’s a chance your homepage won’t display correctly at this point – if you’ve also made changes to the homepage template those might have a further effect, so please reply back here at this point so we can check your site again, and give you the next steps to get things set up correctly :)

It looks like you’ve been adding the Previous Post/Next Post blocks directly to each individual post, but that’s unnecessary, as those blocks are already part of the single post template for your theme (as with the query loop and post template blocks, the previous/next blocks are meant to be added to templates in the site editor, not to the content of individual posts in the post editor).
So edit the posts where you’ve added those blocks under Posts ->All Posts, and delete those blocks. The previous/next links at the very bottom shouldn’t be affected by this.
