Qualifying form

    I need a qualifying form on my site charmed.co.za before I can take payment from would be attendees to my set speed dating event. I need to determine if the attendee would qualify for that specific event based on his/her preferences e.g. age before I can take their money and book them. To do this I would need to send them a authorization code or something and then only would they be able to pay. The alternative would be a load of refunds to people that aren’t suited for that specific event. How may I accomplish this?
