Quality issue with images uploaded
-
Hello,
The images I am uploading do not appear as crisp and clear once inserted into my blog as they are when viewed in every other program on my computer (Picasa, Nikon software, Windows Live Photo Viewer, etc.)
I’ve had this issue for a long time, but I used to be able to resolve it by going to the advanced options for the image and changing it from a compressed size to full or original size. However, it seems that the image editing options have changed recently and this no longer seems to fix the problem. (FYI, I was able to fix the problem with my post on 2/27/2014, but my last two posts on 3/28 and 4/24 I could not.)
I’m not sure if I need to adjust the image size before uploading? Perhaps I need to try compressing them into smaller files? I have a pretty decent camera (a Nikon D3100) and I’d like the photos on my blog to reflect the quality images that I am able to capture with it.
Thanks for your help,

Hi Janis, I wanted to check in with you, as when I view your last posts, you photos appear crisp and lovely. Were you able to adjust your image sizes? If you are still seeing the problem, could you send me a screenshot comparing the “good” with the “bad?”
You can upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when I should take a look.
