Quality Training Systems Website Issue

Hello, my company uses WordPress for our website and recently we have been having issues uploading files to the website. We use HostGator to store the files on the website, and when we upload a file onto HostGator and connect the hyperlink to the appropriate ‘click here for X resource’ words using Visual Builder, the links are created. But when you then click on the text on the webpage we get an error that says ‘Page not found’ – I initially thought this was an issue with HostGator, but their support team said that wasn’t something they could handle and told me I should reach out to Word Press instead. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you’re using HostGator it means that your site is not running the WordPress.com platform but it’s using the open-source WordPress.org platform. Since the platforms are different you should ask for help at their support forums and you’ll get more adequate help:
