quanity of stock

when on the product page it shows the quantity of stock, i don’t want it to show how many are in stock, just if its in or out of stock,
side note, when saying ‘x amount in stock’ its appears this greenish orange color, how can i can that to match the accent bronze color of my website cause i don’t see anything for that in editing
