Quantity Field Doesn't Display Correctly

  Hello,

  Having some issues with all the products on website. The Quantity field only displays the up/down arrow but the number area is not visible to show numerical valve selected. This is a new website that has not been launched yet.

  Didn’t realize that I couldn’t add screen shots that I took of the issue.
  The site is used the Russell by Automattic Theme.

  I would appreciate any assistance to resolving the issue.
