Quantity of themes are different?

I’ve got 4 blogs on wordpress.com but the quantity of themes are different on these blogs (169, 171, 190 etc.). I don’t find “Flower power” theme for example.
Please help me :) thx :)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WP wants to eliminate some old themes, so from time to time they launch a new theme that is supposed to replace an older one (for example Quintus in place of Quentin), and then the older one becomes “retired”, according to WP: that is, no longer available in blogs created after the replacement theme was launched. This is what I see when I activate Flower Power on my old test blog. Note it only activates for me as I used it on that blog previously and will not be available to those who have not previously used it on their blog.

timethief: yes, I can see this theme on my 2yr-old blog but it isn’t available on my 1-2 months old blog. Oh, that’s life, but thank you too for your help.
Bouquet is too much for me, I just want to write a girlish running blog. -

there are a lot of boyish, masculine themes and some ‘too girlish’ themes but there aren’t ‘medium feminine’ ones :))))
