  Hi,
  May I please enquire why is it when I try to click START to my site it says that my IP address could not found?

  Please advise and guide me.

  Hi,

  I’m confused because what I knew was I subscribed to DOMAIN through Hubspot but when I’m trying to build my site, WordPress is coming in but when I try to choose the theme and click the start it says” my IP address could not found? Should I need to create another account again in WordPress and pay again? I never enjoyed what I have paid and need to pay again in order to proceed? Where can I read the information on how to set up and launch my website because there are so many things that destruct me in the platform that made me stuck up with lots of marketing information.
