  I recently got a refound on this accounts domain. I was just wondering if i am still able to use this account https://isabluebellflorist.wordpress.com/ or if it will be terminated in time?

  The site I need help with is isabluebellflorist.wordpress.com.

  Your site will continue to exist on the free plan until you delete it, or until WordPress.com itself ceases to exist :)

  In other words, no paid upgrade is required to use WordPress.com.
