query about blog

    Hello!
    I shifted from blogger to wordpress just about 2 months ago.
    when I asked google to index the site, it required me to edit the html. I couldn’t find how to, so I asked google to index it with RSS feeds and it indexed only last 10-15 posts.
    How do I edit the html of my blog?

    Also, do we have any plug-ins that we can add to our blogs at wordpress.com ?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    errr, to answer my own question, I read http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and learned that we cannot edit the html or upload any plug-ins to wordpress.com blogs.

    So, now can anybody tell me how to index all the posts on my blog? I have about 70 articles and only 10-15 are indexed. Help?
