  Hi
  It’s been almost 30 days but still I haven’t received the refund. Please look into this matter again because it shouldn’t be 1 month for a refund.

  The refund was issued the same day as the purchase, October 1.

  Your credit card provider may have process it as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have simply been removed.
