Query loops not editable?

  Hi, I selected a template with a query loop to showcase blogs but I can’t seem to figure out how to edit the template. I also deleted the query loop and re-added a new one. despite my best efforts and watching all the videos, it won’t let me edit the text on the block. When I delete the text and add new text to the images on the loop, it repeats the same text over each 3 images, which I don’t want because I need them to be different. I’m so confused, please help, thanks!
