Query on what I have been billed for

My bank account has just been charged for the renewal of a WordPress site, but I don’t know what site that is. I have had no notification of charges and do not have a live site with WordPress, although I do have an account, showing no billing history at all. How do I find out what site I am being billed for? Can you help please? A contact address at WordPress billing perhaps?. thanks

If the info you have is not a match for what we show in our system, then a contact form will appear that will allow you to send a direct message to our billing support team, and from there they will reach out to you directly via email.

Thanks for that. I can see it relates to a club I’m involved with but when I try to follow through to look at the transaction, I can’t see any billing information, which I presume must have been sent to someone. Can I access that anywhere and change contact and bank details?

You’ll need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account that made a particular payment to see the receipt for that payment or to make changes to the billing info, and the account you’ve used to post here has never bought any upgrades from us.
Please fill out the form at the link my colleague shared above, and use the option there to contact our billing support team directly for more help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you that we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
