query regarding changing to a new domain name.

    I have a blog called https://vishaltomarphotgraphy.wordpress.com

    I want to change it to bingetravel.com

    so,

    1. What do I need to do, buy a personal plan ?
    2. Does upgrading increase my viewership via google search ?
    3. The links to my old site are scattered all over social media, facebook, twitter, instagram, etc. so how will people reach the new name if they click the old name ? and will it be hundred percent efficient ?
    4. Will the site look the same after I have changed the name ? because personal plan enlists that I will get better control over the look and feel of the site.
