  How long will I have to pay monthly when I create a plan. If I complete My website then also do I need to keep paying monthly payments. Will I get my hosting and domain also?

  Hosting is included with plans. A Domain is included free for the first year with an upgraded plan (note that upgrades at WordPress.com are charged annually in advance, not monthly).
