Query regarding redirection from old blog to new website

  I have questions regarding buying Personal plan and how redirection will be done:
  1. During the first year of Personal Subscription will all traffic to my old xyz.wordpress.com blog be transffered to new xyz.com automatically ? or any additional purchase is required.

  2. What if after one year of Personal subscription with Wp.com I plan to go for Self Hosting WordPress.org, will my old xyz.wordpress.com remain available for someone else to use or it will be with me ?

  3. If answer of #2, it will be with me what I can do to redirect its traffic to new website hosting?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
