Query Related to Commerce plan refund

    Dear Wordpess,

    I am writing to request a refund for the commerce plan I purchased from your website on 15 November 2023. I am requesting a refund because I am not satisfied with the plan’s features and functionality.

    I upgraded to the commerce plan in order to take advantage of the features that were advertised,

    However, I have found that these features are not as advertised and do not meet my needs.

    I have tried to troubleshoot these issues with your support team, but I have not been able to find a solution. I am very disappointed with the commerce plan and I would like to request a full refund.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’m curious to learn more about the plan’s features that didn’t work out for this project. I can only see this interaction when reviewing the support history for this account. There aren’t any previous ones to check, so I’m asking about this.

    The hosting plan was canceled and refunded already. Those funds may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. Please inquire with your bank or card provider about any delays.
