Query w.r.t Subscribe Widget

    A user reached out to me stating that he added his email id and clicked on subscribe and he is not yet receiving any email notifications from my blog end.

    I even checked his ID in the subscribers tab in stats and his name was not present.

    Is there any issue in the widget ?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
