  Dear support,
  How can I add a thread in here.. without needing help in my blog? I keep adding threads in the off topic section.. support bot keeps poping up.. with instructions on needing help in our forum.
  I am confused.

  I’m not staff but…

  If you don’t select your wordpress.COM blog from the pulldown when creating a thread, it will trigger the auto response.

  If your threads are not support related, then keep them to the off topic forum, but please keep them to a minimum. It isn’t a open public bulletin board or chat room.
