  Hi is there a way that when I get a new follower I am able to get their email address so that I can add them to an email list?

  Aloha mike121290, Email addresses for your followers are hidden for privacy reasons.

  You could ask them to leave a comment on one of your posts. Their email address would then show up in the comments section of your dashboard.
