  do i have to upgrade every month? once upgrading last for how many days? after upgrading to premium will they cut my money every month?

  You pay for an upgraded plan annually in advance so upgrading to Premium would cost you $99. The next payment would be taken in approx. 11 months time to ensure that any custom domain name you had set up with the Premium plan continued without problems.
