    I have a domain address, but I like the Radiate
    by ThemeGrill – what would be the best price for me to get this theme?

    Buy the theme by itself or if I go with a premium plan would this theme be included in my monthly subscription?

    Are you speaking of https://wordpress.com/theme/radiate ?

    You can buy the theme for $59. It would be a once-off purchase, and you’ll be able to use the theme for as long as your site exists (though it will become outdated at some point).

    Or you can buy the Premium Plan for $99 or Business for $299 a year. Either of those plans will allow you to use this theme, but only for as long as you keep renewing the plan, so should you ever let the plan expire in future, the theme will also be removed from your site.
