    My site disappeared on here? Its called Doorstep Wisdom and I am unable to see it. This is the correct log in information for my doorstep wisdom site, but this other site, Your wisdom counts appears? Please help me locate my account! Thank you

    Hi there,

    Your account owns two sites, https://yourwisdomcounts.wordpress.com/ and https://doorstepwisdomcom.wordpress.com/

    Click on My Sites top-left of the screen, and click on Switch Sites, and you’ll see a list of all the sites in your account. Click on the one you want to work on to switch to it.

    Hello Kokkieh,
    Thank you for your reply. Last night, I inadvertently typed doorstepwisdomcom.wordpress.com to see if my “older” site, the main one I’m referring to, Doorstep Wisdom appeared. The site I’m trying to locate is doorstepwisdom.wordpress.com, its my original site. Not doorstepwisdomcom.wordpress.com(as you can see I did this last nite, and its an error.)

    I cannot find my main site anywhere on here.

    If you type in doorstepwisdom.com in a search bar you’ll see my original site Im looking for. I started it several years ago and ready to update it.

    Can you please help me figure out how to access it? The domain is paid for through godaddy, does that have anything to do with me not finding it on wordpress?

    Please help or send this to another dept. who can uncover this issue. Thank you!

Do you happen to have access to another WordPress.com account? If so, you’ll need to log out of your current account and log into the one to access the site.     Hello,
    Thank you for your reply. I am confused, as the Doorstep Wisdom account is my account which I was able to access before with the same log in information? Now when I log in with the same information I used for that account, it takes me ONLY to yourwisdom counts.

    I tried the account recovery form, however, it is challenging as I keep entering the same information and it’s not resolving the issue. I have tried multiple times.

    Can a tech specialist please call me to resolve or email me directly at (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I am concerned as I need to access my original account.

    Log out of this account and log back in with the username doorstepwisdom and correct password.
