    So I want to get a website. I thought I could design one first and once I can do that I pay for it. Seems like all you want is for me to upgrade but I have no clue what will become of this. If nothing it would be a big waste of money. Trying to avoid that. Any suggestions?

    To get the features you will need to go personal, premium or business.

    However, wordpress does have a 30 day refund policy which you can explore more of here.
