  I want this website to no longer appear on Google Search. Is there a way to remove it from further search results without any payment? (this website is currently in a free plan)

  Yes, you can make the site private by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/

  Google cannot index the web in real-time, but they will eventually notice the site is now private and remove it from their index.
