  Hi there,

  Yoast is a plugin you can install on a self-hosted WordPress site, or a WordPress.com site on our Business Plan, that gives you more control over the SEO for your site.

  On WordPress.com your site comes already configured for SEO, so you don’t really need to worry about doing anything there. But a plugin like Yoast would give you more control over that aspect of your site.
