    if we change our plan from business to cheaper one, the plugins that we installed will be removed?

    Hi @orcacreativity, yeah, any outside themes and plugins would be removed, along with any content they added. So if you added a store, for example, then downgraded, the store and product pages would be gone.

    Outside plugins and themes add complexity to our support and maintenance, which is why we only offer that option on the business plan and up.

    That said, we do have the functionality of many plugins built in here, so if you’d like to let us know what features we need, we may be able to make recommendations that would work with Premium.
