  if I register a domain with wordpress do you host the site as well, and is the cost only $99.00 per year? Does the domain name have to be the same as the wordpress blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All WordPress.com blogs are free hosted here on this platform. See here so you are clear on the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs and WordPress.org installs for self hosting http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ Note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated there.

  Then see here for exactly what a bundle of upgrades that applies only to one blog and for one year contains http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/

  No. Note the bundle contains a domain mapping upgrade.

  If you just want a site and MyDomain.com then the costs are $18 for the domain and mapping.
