    If I want to upload a paid theme (for instance from https://themeforest.net/), do I need the business plan or is that ability included with premium?

    You do need the WordPress.com Business plan if you want to upload a third-party theme to your WordPress.com site, including those from themeforest. Is there a particular theme you’d like to use?

    The WordPress.com Premium plan gives you access to the Premium themes on our theme gallery. But if you want to use a specific theme from a third-party source, you can do so with the WordPress.com Business plan. You can learn more about our plans and pricing here.
