    I am the secretary at Salem United Church of Christ in Higginsville MO. I received an email today that says our Domain expires in 2 days and we need to pay $12.21. We have auto pay and we paid $96.00 on our credit card to WordPress in December of 2024 and $19.00 in January of 2025 on our credit card to WordPress. Is this email a scam or do we owe it? My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I would appreciate your help.

    While I can’t confirm if the email you received is a scam, I can confirm that the domain salemucchigginsville.org is currently active and valid until February 2026. You can confirm this by logging into WordPress.com using the account who purchased the domain. We explain more about this here:
